FC Escape Techniques - Rebound

Maybe it's an old technique, cause it's really obvious, but I never seen someone doing this, so I trained it a bit. And I guess it's very usefull.

Just do a rocketjump on the jumppad and you fly through the whole level.

I first learned this off my old friend GixerMouse. Don't know where he got it, though.

Don't worry about being original, it is still is very worthwhile addition to our Escape Techniques 'library'.

Keep them coming Dr_K! (and anyone else).

If you have a good idea for a [practical] escape technique, then create a post or add it to an existing map post.

But here is another escape technique for those who may not know it:-



The idea is on heavily defended games, is get a team mate as a distraction, then strafe across as fast as possible (not slow like me), the other team think you are jumping to oblivion, but infact you RJ off the piller back to the lower floor.

holla! nice technique. Is also even faster as finding a save point to jump.

Another way into the base, which can get you a surprise attack on the defender...



This can be done with another co-ordinated attacker to help.

wow, nice idea. Unfortunalety there is no SCOUT in rebound and you loose 10hp. But I guess you can live with it.

On ratware's post,.. i see therés a digit running next to the crosshair,.. is that a distance measurementdevicethingie?

If so, how do i switch that on?

Yeah, that would be pretty cool, I;d want it so i could stand a chance of doing those massive rocket wall jumps
